If I could leave more than 5 stars for Laura, I would— she is THAT great. There are not enough words in the world to show how thankful, grateful, and blessed we are to have had Laura by our side during this huge milestone.My fiancé and I started our house hunting in this crazy market in APRIL. We knew houses were averaging less than 10 days on the market so we were pretty discouraged going into this. We probably toured 6-8 houses and even after the first house tour, I knew we made the right decision in choosing Laura to be our realtor because she’s not the type of realtor who just wants to make money off of you. She is walking through each house and making sure it’s WORTH your time and money. She is looking at EVERY little detail. Reading the fine print on the furnaces, water heaters, checking oil tanks, looking for moisture spots— everything. If it isn’t up to her standards- she’s telling you to walk away and not waste your money. She truly had our backs with every house we toured.Fast forward to the end of May- we toured what happened to be our final home and we put in a winning offer. The following weeks should have been the most stressful part of the homebuying process but because of Laura’s communication between us, and everyone involved in the transaction- everything went so smooth. We even had a slight hiccup at the beginning of the transaction but Laura fought for us and the property. She thoroughly explained the issue to the seller and convinced him to do the right thing which worked in our favor!This was my fiancé’s 3rd time purchasing a home and he said he has never had such a positive and easy transaction.. which is all thanks to Laura, and the professionals she suggested to us!I will never stop recommending Laura when people mention the words “buy a house” or “sell a house”.
