I could not say enough nice things about Arian. He was everything I would have wished for in an agent; responsive at all hours, helpful, honest, and with us from the beginning until the absolute very end of the process. When we first began to look for a home we were lucky to meet him. He allowed us to explore the property without making us feel any pressure but was quick to answer any questions we had and was casually knowledgeable in a way that made my wife and I feel comfortable about moving forward with him. He also was kind enough to entertain our concerns without making us feel uninformed (even though we were) and was quick to be understanding about our nerves with the purchase while also expertly prodding us along without ever making us feel unduly pressured. Arian being a new real estate agent carried himself as a veteran. Very well informed, patient, and always available for questions via phone, text, email, and in person if needed. He was on top of every listing and had a very easy and open schedule to book showings. Trying to buy our first home during covid was tough due to the inflated market but he always kept us trying and it worked. We bought our first home. The best part is that Arian comes from a perspective of renovating a homes and renting them so he can give you educated estimates on re-sale value and cost for renovating. Definitely recommend
