I was a first time home buyer when I contacted Dave about a property. He was the listing agent and since he was upfront and honest I asked if he would represent since at the time I didn't have an agent. He listened to the things that were important to me and found a few houses that I might be interested in. The first house I visited was one I liked but unfortunately it didn't work out. After seeing what I liked in person, he found the perfect house. He was knowledgeable, diligent, and worked incredibly hard to coach me through a nerve wracking process. I spoke with him almost every day from initial contact to closing. I couldn't imagine how the process would have gone without Dave's help. I will refer anyone I know looking for an agent to Dave and if I ever need to purchase or sell, he's the first person I would call.

I would highly recommend working with Dave! He is professional and personable. He was always prepared with a schedule of houses for us to see and had all the information he needed to answer questions and if he didn't he would follow up with the seller to get the answers. He even went out of his way to get us info from the town/city office on questions like septic systems. Dave was very patient as we saw so many homes and we never felt he was frustrated with us! We were not easy to please! He was also nice to your young daughter who he would treat to ice cream and coloring books. We love Dave and would definitely recommend him to work with!
