About Derek Savoy

Derek J Savoy is a Connecticut native who has been active in his Northwest Corner Community his entire life. After graduating from Torrington High School Derek spent years traveling, learning and growing businesses while turning his passion for communities into his dream career in Real Estate. At the tender age of 18, Derek had already purchased his first home on his own and obtained Real Estate licensure in three states. He then went on to spend five years gaining industry experience listing, purchasing and working with investors.

Returning to his roots and his family, Derek has put his passion to the pavement assisting clients with their selling and homebuying needs. Derek is uniquely qualified as a local area expert on market trends and properties. He is fiercely dedicated to his clients and ensures each transaction is handled with the level of integrity and communication it deserves. He is always ready to assist any and all clients with their Real Estate inquiries.

When Derek isn't helping clients find their dream home, he enjoys spending time on his family property with his four rescue dogs.
