My fiancé and I began the process of searching for a home towards the end of February. Heather was recommended to us by a close friend. With limited knowledge on the current market on our part, Heather really helped us understand each part of the home buying process as this was the first time either of us was buying a home. She was extremely responsive and was available at any hour to show us home (after home, after home) with a genuine smile on her face! I truly felt as if she was apart of my family with how much we communicated both over the phone and via text. She made the offer process seamless as well and was professional and empathetic when things didn’t go the way we had hoped.
