Josh joins the Regency Real Estate team as a lifelong Waterbury resident. At the young age of 21 Josh's interest in real estate sparked as he began working on residential and commercial construction projects as a licensed electrician. Josh's unique construction and electrical background allows him to offer a different perspective during the purchase or sale process. His determination is just one of the ways Josh prides himself in serving his clients.
In his spare time you can find Josh going to the gym, exploring CT's unique restaurant scene or practicing Taekwondo as a first degree black belt.
