About Kim McIntyre

A Connecticut native, Kim moved to Litchfield, CT in 2007. She has traveled and lived in many places as a military spouse, raised 3 children and owns her own home interior design business.
Kim started her Design, Renovation & Staging business in 2004 after completing her degree certification. In 2009, she partnered with her sister and fellow Regency Real Estate Agent Beth Pernal. Together growing the business using personalized design ideas, attention to detail, trade knowledge and hard work; they've been very successful. Now as real estate agents we would like to use this skill set to fulfill your real estate needs. With the ability to stage your home, we can emphasize your properties strengths and minimize weaknesses. Allowing your home to show at its maximum selling potential.
