About Tyler Farmen

Tyler Farmen recently joined Regency Real Estate after developing a newfound passion for homes in his native Litchfield County since purchasing and renovating his own home in Washington.
Tyler graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, in 2004 with a degree in Industrial Design. He honed his art and design skills working in NYC for several years before returning home to teach Art at a local Private School in Washington Depot while operating his own Art Gallery in Woodbury, CT. He brings unique knowledge and strong connections within the local community.

Tyler works part-time as Crew leader for a local horticultural company, maintaining gardens in Litchfield and Fairfield Counties, and New York City. His work as a horticulturist has strengthened his love and expertise for landscape design. In his free time, Tyler can be found engaged in nature activities, exploring his passion for the arts, outdoor sports, traveling, and embracing life. As a new member of the Regency Team, Tyler is excited to connect people to the places they will love to live in and call home.
