Adam is amazing! First, when selling our home Adam's guidance and knowledge was worth its weight in gold. He told us what fixes to put money towards and others not to worry about, which saved us a lot of money. He even fixed an issue in our home himself. While I know the market is crazy I was truly impressed with how fast Adam sold our home – 2 days, with dozens of offers well above the asking price.When looking at homes to buy, Adam would point out issues in homes we would have easily missed. One house we loved had a big issue that we wanted to work out. Adam made non-stop phone calls to contractors, plumbers, engineers, inspectors, you name it. After everything, Adam got us quotes on what it would cost to fix the issue and we decided to walk away. WHAT REALATOR DOES THAT?!?We ended up finding our dream house and I could not possibly imagine doing it without him. Adam is a true mensch.
